This is the sixth affirmation in the new year affirmation series.
All things in moderation. Sometimes it seems difficult to moderate our drinking habits and we find ourselves staring at the bottom of an empty glass bleary eyed and clueless.
This years, things will be different if you allow it. You have to first decide you want to moderate your drinking.
Once you’ve made your decision, then you can use an affirmation to help reinforce your decision.
Affirmation: I only drink alcohol in moderation. I choose to be healthy and feel good. I understand that my body is a temple and I choose to honour that by making healthy choices.

The year has passed and we realize just how much of our lives and the lives of those we love that we’ve missed. Then the feeling of remorse sets in and suddenly we feel guilty and swear we won’t let it happen again this year.
Well, this year, ensure that it doesn’t. Life is about living. Life is about enjoying the beauty, love, and life all around you.
This year, you will stop to smell the roses. This year you will do what makes you feel wonderful, and this year you will spend more time with your family.
And there is an affirmation to help you do it too: I love myself. I take it easy and enjoy all there is around me. I enjoy nature, I enjoy life, and I enjoy my family. I make the time to spend with each of them regularly and I feel amazing.
Remember what’s truly important to you and make it your priority.

This is the fourth affirmation in the new year affirmation series.
Smoking, an unhealthy habit. Smoking can deter social interaction, can cause premature aging, and cause an unnatural odor.
It’s no wonder so many people decide they want to quit smoking and why it made the top 10 list of new year resolutions.
The good news is that you can quit smoking. Though cigarettes are addictive, you can choose health.
With that, here is an affirmation to help: I am healthy and happy and I choose to partake in healthy habits only. I choose health.
