Though Thanksgiving is a recognized United States holiday, it’s a reminder that we all need to give thanks for that which we’ve received in our lives.
It’s a reminder to stop thinking about and dwelling on the negative and shift our own thoughts to something positive. So, even if you don’t celebrate, create a positive affirmation and hold it in your mind as you go about your day.
