One tool that I use each day to boost the power of my affirmations is subliminal audio. The audios put your mind in a hypnotic state and abolish the negative beliefs that may have been ingrained since childhood while replacing them with a strong, healthy, and positive belief. Click here to find out how subliminal audios can improve your life.
Though Thanksgiving is a recognized United States holiday, it’s a reminder that we all need to give thanks for that which we’ve received in our lives.
It’s a reminder to stop thinking about and dwelling on the negative and shift our own thoughts to something positive. So, even if you don’t celebrate, create a positive affirmation and hold it in your mind as you go about your day.
A classic that has stood the test of time (feel free to modify it to suit your own needs and desires): I am happy, healthy and prosperous.

Positive Affirmations
Writing is a pastime hobby for me. Something I’ve always enjoyed doing and something I continue to enjoy doing. But as the years passed, I notice that I don’t quite have the way with words that I used to.
In light of this, I’ve decided to develop an affirmation to help me get back on track. I’ve been working with this affirmation for about a week now, and plan to ramp up my efforts shortly, and it seems to be working.
The new blog that I’ve been working on has gained much more recognition than I ever expected from it. The number one reason people continue to visit? The writing.
It’s not a fictional blog. It’s not a very serious blog. Exactly what I was going for.
I know by now you’re probably wondering what the affirmation I’ve been using is, so here you go: I am an exquisitely captivating author.
Very simple affirmation, but still effective. Each day, I feel more of a shift and I know that my mind is leading me to become a better author.
Feel free to use or modify it for yourself (I’d love to hear your results).
