Getting fit is something that we can all do at any time. Unfortunately, just starting can be a downer. Rather than allow yourself to succumb to the feelings of inadequacy, here’s an affirmation to help you get started on the road to fitness.
I can accomplish anything I set my mind to and I set my mind to becoming physically and mentally fit. I am physically fit and I am mentally fit.
Each day that you wake up and before lying down for the evening, repeat this affirmation to yourself at least three times. Before you know it, you’ll start to notice your personal fitness habits changing for the better. Enjoy!
