Drink More Water Affirmation

What are we all made out of? Of course, water!

What’s surprising, however, is that most people don’t get enough of it. When our bodies don’t get enough water, we become dehydrated and that dehydration can lead to lethargy, skin problems, and even worse health concerns. So, if you’re one of those people who doesn’t get at least 8 glasses of water per day, this affirmation is right up your alley.

Water refreshes and replenishes me. Water helps me maintain my good health and vibrant skin. I love water. I love drinking water. I drink enough water each day.

This is definitely one of those affirmations that you want to say throughout the day. Just remind yourself at regular intervals (every 1-2 hours should be good) to slow down for a minute and repeat the affirmation 3 times.

    I drink tons of water each day, by keeping bottles around me and it really helps me keep good energy levels and in good health and shape. I find it also helps whenever I may get a headache.

    I can believe that. Add in the fact that children are probably more active outside than adults, and that infants and babies cannot express their thirst as well, dehydration for them can become a major cause for concern. Water that actually tastes good (not like chlorine) can be a big help, at least for the kids big enough to help themselves.

    Very important. .in fact the first thing you should do every morning is drink a glass of water. Before breakfast and literally rite after you pee. I have amazing results. I drink water, tea, or 100% fruit juice throughout the day. My migranes have stopped, anxiety seems lower, increase in energy and literally dropped 14 lbs when I cut off all soda and coffee.
