Weight Loss Affirmation II

When you want to lose weight, it’s always a good idea to think it through completely. Describe how much weight you want to lose and why. What will you gain from it? A better self image, nicer body, be physically fit?

Once you know how much and why, start developing your affirmation as though you have already achieved your goal.

Weight loss affirmation:

I choose what I eat wisely and I listen to my body. I am my ideal weight and I am in good health. I look amazing!
